A new character has been confirmed today for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, the new entry of the series developed by CyberConnect 2 launching later this year in all regions on consoles and PC.
The new character, confirmed by the latest issue of Shonen Jump magazine, is Rikudo Madara, also known as Six Paths Madara and Jinchuriki Madara. The magazine confirmed that the character not only will be fully playable but also be part of a boss battle where players will have to defeat him using Naruto and Sasuke. This epic battle will surely make fans of the series happy.
It’s been some time since we have heard something new about Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4. Late last month a new gameplay video taken during the London MCM Comic Con 2015 has surfaced online, showcasing some sequences starring Gamakichi. Similar sequences have surfaced online in the past few months so nothing really new has been shown in this video.
Several new characters have been confirmed for the game last month, like Jinchuriki Obito, who will also be featured in a boss battle against Naruto and Sasuke, and Zetsu-Tobi Obito. With the E3 right behind the corner, we will definitely hear more about Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 and its features very soon.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 will be released on a yet to be confirmed Autumn 2015 release date on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in all regions. Despite lacking a final release date, some retailers have started listing the game’s Day One Edition as well as Limited and Collector’s Editions, which will supposedly include DLC packs and extra goodies that won’t be available in the regular edition of the game. As the listings have been removed a few hours after going live, we still don’t know for certain if these special editions will be released or not.
