The atmospheric sci-fi adventure game JETT: The Far Shore, which debuted in 2021, is about to get a free update that will add a brand-new campaign to the game. Given Time is the title; it was announced back in October, and we now have a release date: be ready for takeoff on January 31.
You will take on the role of Mei once more as she awakens from a state of torpor to discover an aged, weathered Jett sitting outside, three years after the events of the main game. Given Time offers the ideal chance to rediscover the vastness of this enigmatic world because it places less emphasis on the story and more on the open-ended exploration aspect of the game.
Given Time seems to focus more on the aspects of JETT that we liked (exploration, atmosphere), and less on the aspects that we didn’t enjoy, even though we didn’t love JETT in our evaluation of the basic game (the story). When the moment comes, will you be visiting Given Time?
