Because of the popular TV adaptation, The Last of Us is once again very much in the public consciousness. Only the first and second episodes have been released, but they have already received excellent reviews and gained the franchise a new generation of followers. As a result, the games are starting to reappear on retail charts for physical media.
The Last of Us: Part I and The Last of Us Remastered are currently ranked 20th and 32nd respectively in the UK, despite not yet making it into the top 10. As more episodes of the show are released, we fully anticipate the trend to continue upward.
Speaking of the top 10, FIFA 23 has fallen to second place, while God of War Ragnarok has risen to third. Grand Theft Auto V drops to eleventh place and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 drops two spots to fifth.
