Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain, the latest entry of the series developed by Kojima Productions launching on consoles and PC, is really close to release now and the publisher Konami has been sharing more on the game these past few days, such as a brand new trailer and a new gameplay presentation showcasing the Mother Base gameplay features and the unique multiplayer mode.
A few minutes ago a new Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain short gameplay video has surfaced online. The video showcases usage of Big Boss’ bionic arm, which can be used to attract the enemy’s attention. You can check out the video right below.
Earlier today new Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain screenshots have been shared online. These screenshots are comparison screenshots which highlight the differences between the five different versions of the game. As expected, the PC version looks the best but the console version won’t look bad in any way.
Two more Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain short gameplay videos have been made available yesterday. The two videos showcase usage of two tools that players will be using quite a bit in the game, the Cardboard box and Fulton system. The Fulton system will be especially important in the game, as players will be able to recruit crew for Mother Base thanks to it while on the field.
Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain will be released in all regions this September on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. The game’s prologue chapter, Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes, is now available on all formats, offering a small yet nice taste of the open-world gameplay experience featured in the main game.
