Nicholas Buc, along with the Tokyo Philarmonic Orchestra, the Osaka Symphony Orchestra and singer Donna Burke all are proud to present an event that a lot of gamers have been waiting to hear about. An epic musical presentation that will recreate all of the Metal Gear Solid songs we’ve all come to love and remember across the years. An event that will go to multiple locations, at July 30th and August 2nd of this year. The songs, of course, are those timeless pieces that accompanied us through the adventures of Solid Snake, Raiden and Big Boss in various games across the entirety of the life of the franchise.
The first concert will be performed at the Onix Theatre, in Osaka. Where the Osaka Symphony Orchestra will be performing under the direction of Nicholas Buc, all the while the second location of the concert will be at the Tokyo International Forum, with the presentation of the Tokyo Philarmonic Orchestra. Both of the concerts will have a venue fee of $86 Dollars or 9500 yen.
If you are stoked about the idea of listening all of the songs from the wide range of the Metal Gear Solid series. It has been confirmed that Donna Burke will also be in charge of amazing the attendants with her singing voice for incredible pieces of music like Heavens Divide from Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker and Sins of the Father from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain to mention a few.
So start gathering the money to go to Japan! Since the concert will happen in a month and it’s aiming to be an incredible and unforgettable event that many will be sure to love to be part of. In my personal opinion, I already love orchestrated versions of various tracks of different video game series, or even remasterizations. The Phoenix Wright Orchestra being one of my favorites, so I am so stoked to hear the orchestra versions of Metal Gear Solid songs!
