Oukitel is trying to break into the international market in style and has been launching interesting smartphones as well as wearable devices over the past year. With the holiday season approaching, the Chinese company partnered up with Everbuying to host a special Christmas sale. The flash sale begun on December 4 and will last throughout the entire month, offering up promo prices for Oukitel flagships and their own Oukitel A29 round smart watch.
You can go to the Everbuying promo page to check out the offer, keeping in mind that there are only limited stocks available at the discounted prices. The Oukitel K6000 and K4000 are part of the sale besides the Oukitel A29 smart watch, offering the opportunity to customers to buy a flagship device for an affordable price tag. The Oukitel K6000 price is set at $120 but if you use the coupon code K6000, you will knock off another $4. The Oukitel K4000 costs $110, but if you use the code K4000, its price will be $3 cheaper. The Oukitel A29 price is $60 during the Christmas special, but if you use the code A29, you can buy it for $51.
The Oukitel K6000 is the higher-end of the bunch, sporting a metallic design and thin, lightweight body. The main advantage of the handset is its humongous battery that holds 6000 mAh of charge, meaning an excellent battery life. With a 5.5-inch display, we expect the handset to still manage three or even four days of regular use. Since the battery features fas charging, too, we can consider handset to be pretty balanced already.
The screen up front comes with a 2.5D curved glass cover and an HD resolution of 1280*720. Under the hood, the device houses a Mediatek MTK6735 CPU, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB expandable internal storage. The camera setup isn’t impressive, with an 8 MP shooter on the rear with flash and a 2 MP shooter on the front. They both have interpolated values higher, the rear 13 MP and the front 5 MP. which should help with getting noise-free photos at decent resolutions Android 5.1 Lollipop runs the show with very minimal interference from Oukitel. The main benefit of the Oukitel K6000 is its massive battery that can rival with the likes of the Elephone P8000.
The next device you can buy through the Christmas festival is the Oukitel K4000. This is the smaller version of the above mentioned handset, with a 5-inch display that comes with an HD resolution and the same 2.4D Arc screen. Android 5.1 Lollipop is on board, governed by a MTK6735 chipset, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB expandable storage. 4G LTE and dual SIM setups are there on both handsets, mind you. The camera setup is identical on both, while the handset boasts with a smaller 4000 mAh battery. The main advantage of the K4000 is its super-durable display, which should be able to take several hits from a hammer.
The last item that’s part of the Christmas sale is the Oukitel A29 wearable, which is a round smart watch similar to the Motorola Moto 360. With a cheap price tag and a premium design, it’s a great device for those just starting out in the wearable space and want to try something new without having to invest too much money. Moreover, the Oukitel A29 fulfills the role of a phone as well, having a SIM card slot available.
There’s a black bar or flat tire on the bottom of the display, just like on the Moto 360. Made of sapphire glass, it’s supposed to resist against scratches and bumps rather well over time. The 1.22-inch display is small but has a good 240*240 resolution and high levels of brightness fit for even outdoor use. The functions that it has are pretty standard and include music playing, Bluetooth support, phone calls, heart rate monitor, pedometer, sleep monitoring, sound recording and water resistant build materials. Full steel body, real leather strap, a proprietary OS and a 320 mAh battery complete the package. Compatible with Android and iOS! So, which of these neat gadgets will you choose this Christmas?
