This year is going to be a really good year for fans of the Fire Emblem series who also have the chance to import the upcoming new entry of the series, Fire Emblem If. The new game of the series developed by Intelligent Systems is going to come with some interesting new features, like the split storyline and more, which will set the game apart from the rest of the series.
Some new details on Fire Emblem If have emerged online today thanks to a new interview published on Japanese website 4Gamer with Intelligent Systems Project manager Masahiro Higuchi and Nintendo producer Hitoshi Yamagami.
As fans of the series probably already know, Fire Emblem If is going to be released in two different variants, the White Kingdom and Black Kingdom versions which will feature different characters and more. Higuchi san has confirmed in the new interview that the White Kingdom version, which will be the easier version of the two, has been developed for those who play the series for the first time or for those who have only played Fire Emblem: Awakening, which was a much easier game than previous entries of the series.
The Fire Emblem If White Kingdom version isn’t going to be easier only thanks to the possibility to gain more experience points and obtain more money but also thanks to more simple victory conditions. Fire Emblem If Black Kingdom will feature more diverse victory conditions which will definitely please old time fans of the series. Not only the victory conditions will be different, but also the way some maps have to be played, providing more diverse content for those who like the game and want to experience more of its gameplay experience.
Fire Emblem If will be released in Japan later this year exclusively on Nintendo 3DS. The North American and European releases will launch sometime during 2016.
