
Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition, the new version of the action game developed by Capcom launching next week in North America and Europe, is finally available in Japan and Asian territories and several gamers have already completed the new campaigns included in the game, the Vergil and the Lady / Trish ones.
Yesterday the Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition Vergil campaign ending has surfaced online thanks to a Twitch user who streamed the whole campaign and today another player has uploaded the ending custcene of the Lady and Trish campaign on YouTube. As the video includes huge spoilers, avoid watching it if you want to be surprised by the cutscene when the game launches next week.
Earlier this week the Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition official website has confirmed some DLC packs that will allow players to unlock extra difficulties, Super Nero and Super Dante and the color variation costumes without playing the game. Another DLC pack that will increase the acquisition rates for Proud Souls and Red Orbs and makeunlocking new moves much easier has also been confirmed.
The three new characters aren’t the only additions to Devil May Cry 4 incuded in the new version of the game. Several extra costumes, which were strangely absent in the original release, have also been included such as color variation outfits for all characters and more. Two of these costumes, one for Lady and one for Trish, are also available as pre-order bonus.
Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition is now available in Japan and Asian territories on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as a physical and digital release. A Limited Edition has also been released in Japan, including several extra goodies that fans of the series will surely appreciate. The game will be released on June 23rd on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC as a digital only release.
