Bloodborne, the PlayStation 4 exclusive role playing game developed by From Software released earlier this year in all regions, sports an incredibly beautiful world and interesting characters. Just like for other recent From Software developed action role playing games, such as Demon’s Souls and the Dark Souls games, the Bloodborne’s story is presented in a way that it’s not easy to understand, as cutscenes are scarce and plot details are seamlessly integrated in the actual gameplay.
If you’re among those who haven’t understood the Bloodborne story fully and want to learn more about it, you definitely want to check out the excellent plot analysis written by Redgrave called The Paleblood Hunt. You can take a look at it by going here.
Earlier this week a new Bloodborne update has been released in all regions. The 1.05 update comes with a variety of bug fixes and enhancements as well as tweaks for the online mode which change the guests’ stats to match the hosts’. The previous Bloodborne updates, released in the past few months, addressed some of the more annoying issues found in the game at launch, such as the extremely long load times, and introduced some features that make the experience way smoother, such as the ability to store a bigger number of Blood Vials and Quicksilver bullets, enhanced rewards for optional dungeons and more.
Bloodborne is going to receive its first expansion in the future. This expansion has yet to be detailed in full but we have learned last month that it’s going to be a sizeable effort. Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhey Yoshida also teased that this Bloodborne expansion might be released before the end of the year.
Bloodborne is now available in all regions on PlayStation 4. We will keep you updated on the game’s expansion as soon as more comes in on it so stay tuned for all the latest news.
