2015 is going to be a really good year for God Eater fans who can speak Japanese, as not only God Eater 2 Full Burst has been released earlier this year but also God Eater Resurrection will be launched in around two months on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. Both games aren’t completely new releases but it’s definitely better than nothing.
As the game is getting closer to release, Bandai Namco has been promoting the game more with new gameplay details and new screenshots in the past few weeks. Another batch of screenshots has been made available today, showcasing Aragami, characters, gameplay systems and more. Among the new features showcased by today’s screenshots are new attacks for older Aragami and an evolved enhancement system. You can check out the new screenshots right below.
Last week the God Eater Resurrection official Japanese website has been updated with some new details on the game as well as some very short gameplay clips showcasing some of the new features. Other screenshots have also been made available last month, showcasing characters, weapons, the new Predator combat mode and more.
God Eater Resurrection is the remake of the original God Eater Burst, released on PlayStation Portable a few years back. The new version of the game will include several gameplay enhancements as well as a new story that will better connect the events of the game with the events of its sequels.
God Eater Resurrection will be released in Japan in October on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. There are currently no news on a possible Western release of the game and chances look very slim as of now, even though the original God Eater Burst has been localized.
