Final Fantasy XV Paris Games Week 2015 Plans Detailed, Episode Duscae 2.0 To Be Playable

This year’s Paris Games Week, which will be held later this month in France, is promising to be quite exciting, with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Square Enix and a few other publishers bringing their more anticipated games to the event. Square Enix in particular is going to show several of its upcoming titles such as the 3DS exclusive game Final Fantasy Explorer, the new NieR game currently in development in collaboration with Platinum Games and the upcoming new main entry of the Final Fantasy series, Final Fantasy XV. A few hours ago the Square Enix official French page has revealed some new details on the publisher’s plans for the Paris Games Week 2015.
According to the publisher’s official Facebook page, the latest version of the Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae demo, Episode Duscae 2.0, is going to be available in playable form during the event. The publisher will also show a new presentation but it seems like no new details will be revealed, as footage from Episode Duscae 2.0 is going to be used during it.
Last month some new details on Final Fantasy XV have emerged online thanks to the latest Active Time Report, where director Hajime Tabata has revealed more on Chocobos and Fishing, among other things. A short gameplay video showcasing these features in action has also been shown.
Final Fantasy XV will be released sometime next year on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with more details on the release date coming during March 2016. All those who want to have a taste of the Final Fantasy XV can play the Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae demo, which is available in all first print run copies of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more comes in on it so stay tuned for all the latest news.
