PS4’s Detroit Become Human File Size Revealed As Pre-Load Goes Live
The PlayStation 4 exclusive from Quantic Dream called Detroit Become Human is coming soon, with the game set to launch later this week. Those of you planning to pick the game up will be able pre-load the game ahead of its actual release, with the pre-load going live today.
This pre-load allows you to install the full game on your hard drive prior to release, allowing you to get going as soon as the release date arrives. It has been revealed by a user on Reddit that the game’s file size is 42.55 GB, though you can get the game going once 11.70 GB has been downloaded.

“Enter the near-future metropolis of Detroit in 2038 – a city rejuvenated by the introduction of highly advanced androids that exist only to serve mankind. But that’s all about to change… Step into the shoes of three distinct android characters as this brave new world teeters on the brink of chaos. Your decisions dramatically alter how the game’s intense, branching narrative plays out. With thousands of choices and dozens of endings, how will you affect the future of Detroit?”
Detroit Become Human will release exclusively for PlayStation 4 on May 25th. It will be the first game from developer Quantic Dream in five years, following 2013’s Beyond Two Souls. The developer is also known for games like Indigo Prophecy and Heavy Rain.
