Project X Zone 2 is one of the more anticipated role playing games launching in Japan this year, thanks to its unique gameplay experience and the many popular characters taken from Bandai Namco, SEGA, Capcom and Nintendo series. A Project X Zone 2 Limited Edition is also going to be released alongside the standard edition, including several extra goodies. One of the extras included in the Project X Zone 2 Limited Edition has been showcased earlier today with a new video.
The new Project X Zone 2 Limited Edition will include a rather unique extra, a new version of the classic Bandai Namco title Valkyrie no Bōken: Toki no Kagi Densetsu – The Adventure of Valkyrie: The Legend of the Time Key featuring Xiamou as a playable character. You can check out the new video right below.
This week’s issue of Famitsu included a big Project X Zone 2 coverage detailing many of the game’s more interesting features. No new reveal has come in so if there’s still something we don’t know about the game, we will find out more about it only after the game launches in Japan next week.
New Project X Zone 2 details and screenshots have emerged online last month thanks to the game’s official website. Project X Zone 2 will include two very useful features, the Crosspedia, which will allow players to learn more about characters’ backstories, gameplay mechanics, terminology and more, and Training mode, where players will be able to practice with all pair and solo units, change the training dummy type and more.
Project X Zone 2 will be released on November 12th in Japan exclusively on Nintendo 3DS. The North American and European releases will come sometime next year. We will let you know more about the game’s Western release date as soon as possible so stay tuned for all the latest news.
