More interesting details have emerged today for Call Of Duty: Black Ops III, the new entry of the series launching later this year in all regions on consoles and PC. The new details come straight from David Vonderhaar, Treyarch’s Design Director.
Mr. Vonderhaar has been asked on Twitter if the Blackhat, which allowed players to hack others’ equipment, will be back in Call Of Duty: Black Ops III. The Design Director has confirmed that the team has big plans for the hacking mechanics in the new game but they are still working them out. This is definitely good news for fans of the game who are expecting the Call Of Duty: Black Ops III experience to be even better than Call Of Duty: Black Ops II’s one.
@MrLolsniper I haven’t answered that. We have big plans for “hacking” mechanics and are still working it out.

David Vonderhaar has been revealing more and more about Call Of Duty: Black Ops III on his Twitter profile. Yesterday he has confirmed that it will take two hits to defeat enemies in melee combat during multiplayer mode and that the game will feature EMP grenades and a different type of scoping. As the game is still in development, these features are from pre-pre alpha tuning so things will probably end up being somewhat different in the beta and final versions of the game.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops III has been revealed officially this Sunday with a new trailer. Unfortunately not much is currently known about the game, other than the fact that it will be released on November 6th and that all those who pre-order the game will also receive access to the game’s beta.
Some details on the Call Of Duty: Black Ops III multiplayer mode have also emerged earlier this week. The mode will sport some radical changes from previous entries of the series, with the introduction of nine different Specialists featuring different weapons and special abilities. The first Specialists to get revealed are the Outrider, the Ruin, the Seraph and the Reaper.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops III will be released on November 6th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. There are no news on a possible PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game at the moment.
